Pertinent details to include would be trim size, quantity, number of colors, and choice of paper stock. Of course, including your design also is extremely helpful if it's ready to go!
Eventually a phone call or studio visit may be in order to flesh out some project details. These should be scheduled in advance - please note that the studio is open by appointment only.
Pricing is determined by a number of factors and every job is price as a custom order. However, rough price guides are available for common items such as business cards and wedding suites. All projects start at a minimum of $300.
Typical turnaround for most projects is 10-15 business days from approved artwork and deposit. This timeline can fluctuate in either direction depending on project details and other jobs in queue. Rush turnaround is available at an additional cost when scheduling permits.
Vector artwork is preferred and will greatly improve the quality of your finished product. Should that not be possible, a 1200dpi bitmap tif is preferred for raster artwork. Remember that each color will be printed separately and require a separate custom plate - please separate any colors into layers labeled with corresponding PMS numbers and outline any fonts.
